Joanna Apaydin brings over 20 years of management and customer service experience, including a successful career in the hospitality industry where she held senior management and General Manager positions. Her hospitality background developed strong skills in client relationships, team management, organisation and delivering high standards of service.

Joanna later moved into estate agency, gaining hands-on experience across both sales and lettings, including working as a Sales & Lettings Manager. Alongside her professional experience, she has been a portfolio landlord for more than 10 years, giving her valuable first-hand understanding of the responsibilities, challenges and decisions faced by property owners.

At Alexanders Estate Agents, Joanna combines her management and estate agency experience with her own experience as a landlord to provide a personal, practical and client-focused service. She understands that every property and client is different and focuses on clear communication, attention to detail and achieving the best possible outcome.

Joanna is currently working towards her Propertymark Level 3 qualification, further strengthening her professional knowledge of residential sales and lettings. As co-director of Alexanders Estate Agents, she plays an active role in the day-to-day running of the business and supporting clients across Northfields, Ealing and West London.
